About us
Hi, I'm Wiktoria, the founder of Party Decor with Wiktoria. My balloon journey beganlong ago when I was a little girl who used to help mum with balloon decorations.
I fell in love with the joy that decor brings - how something simple can completely transform a space and make people smile.
Over the years, I continued to nurture my passion, develop my skills and expand my knowledge through professional courses and hands-on experience. In 2022, that passion grew into my own business.
Today, I specialise in creating bespoke balloon, fabric and floral decorations that bring celebrations and events to life.
I am proud to have achieved Master Balloon Professional (MBP) certification in 2026, a prestigious industry qualification demonstrating advanced knowledge, skill and professionalism in balloon artistry to internationally recognised standards.
